Queen to visit jail and Game of Thrones set in Belfast

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will visit a notorious former jail and the Game of Thrones set on the second day of their Northern Ireland visit.
On Monday, the Queen held separate meetings with Northern Ireland's first and deputy first ministers, Peter Robinson and Martin McGuinness.
The Royal couple's first engagement of the day is a tour of Crumlin Road Gaol in north Belfast.
They will then be shown the Paint Hall Studios in the city's Titanic Quarter.
The popular US television series Game of Thrones is partly filmed there, and it is a focal point for the burgeoning film industry in Northern Ireland.
Northern Ireland's first and deputy first ministers will accompany the Queen on a tour of the former prison, where both politicians were held during the Troubles.
Sinn Féin's Martin McGuinness, a former former IRA commander, was held in the prison for more than a month in 1976 on a charge of IRA membership - a charge that was later dropped in court.
The deputy first minister described the Queen's planned visit to the Crumlin Road prison as another "bold step".
"The vast bulk of our people appreciate the effort Queen Elizabeth is making to peace and the reconciliation process and I think many people will look at the visit to the Crumlin Road prison, for example, with a degree of astonishment," he said.
Democratic Unionist Party leader and First Minister Peter Robinson was detained on a number of occasions in the prison during the 1980s for his involvement in protests against the controversial Anglo Irish Agreement.
The jail is now a popular visitor attraction in Northern Ireland.
The next stop on the Royal couple's 21st visit to Northern Ireland is St George's Market, where they will experience a one-off event billed as celebrating the "best of Belfast".
The market is usually open only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but the special opening is being held to celebrate it recently winning the title of best large indoor market in the United Kingdom.
The market will be open to the public.
The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will then travel to the nearby Belfast City Hall for a lunch hosted by the city's Lord Mayor Nichola Mallon.
Representatives of communities and groups across the city will be among those attending.
'Hand of friendship'
The first engagement of the Royal couple's three-day visit was at Hillsborough Castle, the Queen's official residence in Northern Ireland.
The Queen held separate private meetings with Northern Ireland's Mr Robinson and Mr McGuinness.
It was the third meeting between the Queen and Mr McGuinness but their first one-to-one encounter.
After meeting on Monday evening, Mr McGuinness said it was "about reaching out the hand of friendship to the unionist community".
"I met Queen Elizabeth tonight in my role as Deputy First Minister, representing the entire community," said the Sinn Féin assembly member.
"Reconciliation requires bold gestures and this is the third time I have met with Queen Elizabeth as part of that continuing process."

Meanwhile, Prince Philip met about 75 recipients of the Duke of Edinburgh gold awards.
It is the Queen's first visit to Northern Ireland since 2012, when she came as part of her Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
In the past, details of Royal visits to Northern Ireland have not been announced beforehand for security reasons, but this time around, much of their itinerary has been made public. Source

‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 4 Spoilers: Emilie De Ravin Talks Rumbelle’s Future

“Once Upon a Time” won’t return to airwaves until the fall, but that hasn’t stopped the show’s cast from dishing up Season 4 spoilers.
Emilie de Ravin, famous for her portrayal of Belle on the ABC series, appeared alongside her “OUAT” castmates at Xivent’s Fairy Tales Chapter II event in Paris this weekend to promote coming season and discuss the future of her romance with her "beast," Rumpelstiltskin/Mr. Gold (played by Robert Carlyle.)
While Ravin, 32, formerly of “Lost” fame, didn’t dish exactly what’s in store for “Rumbelle,” she did share her thoughts on what adversities the newlyweds will have to face next season.
Having just walked down the aisle in the Season 3 finale, Ravin confirmed that their honeymoon will be short-lived. When prompted to discuss the possibility of a spat in the coming episodes, Ravin said an altercation is highly likely due to Rumple’s decision to lie to Belle by having her safeguard a fraudulent version of his ever-powerful dagger, “The Dark One.”
“I think something is going to go down. She’s going to have to find out about the dagger. Something tells me she’s not going to be terribly happy about that,” Ravin said, adding that despite a possible quarrel, Rumbelle will most likely have a happy ending. “Belle is very, very forgiving,” Ravin hinted.
While there is no video confirmation, some reports suggest that Ravin also dished on a possibility of a child. “It should be interesting to have a child with Rumple,” multiple fan sites report Ravin saying.
While Rumpelstiltskin and Belle’s love story may be featured in the new season, their fan-favorite characters will have to make room in Storybrooke, Maine, for the series' newest addition -- Queen Elsa from Disney’s “Frozen.” According to a report fromTV Line, the ice queen will also be joined onscreen by fellow stars from the 2013 Disney animated film, mainly Princess Anna and her love interest, Kristoff.
"Once Upon a Time" returns Sundays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC this fall. Source

'The Vampire Diaries' season 6: Damon, Bonnie and Vicki to come next season?

Fans should still have their eyes glued on the sixth season of "The Vampire Diaries" as latest reports claimed that Damon and Vicki are set to return to Mystic Falls.
The season 5 finale left a lot of fans wondering what happened to Damon and Bonnie after the "Project Kaboom" and putting an end to the Other Side. Producers confirmed earlier that both characters will come back next season. However, the context is still unclear.
Latest speculation is that Damon (Ian Somerhalder) will come back as an ordinary human being. According to WetPaint, TVD producers planned to make Damon be the one who took the vampirism cure; however, decided later against it as fans were predicting that it would be Damon that took the cure. Now could be the perfect time to give the former storyline a go.
To add fuel to the fire, producers are pertaining to the season 6 of "The Vampire Diaries" as a reset or where "everybody gets to start over." Moreover, being human would explore on Damon's character.
Meanwhile, Vicki Donovan (Kayla Ewell) may also be back to Mystic Falls. Vicki was killed off I season 1, but kept appearing throughout the series. Many thought that Vicki will be gone for good in season 5 but her character can still come back. Now, she gave a few hints on what could be the direction of the characters next season.
"I think everyone's really grateful because, in a show like this, you never know. You can die or they can cancel the show at any moment, so you know it's just one of those things where we're still just enjoying each moment as it comes and it's such a close-knit cast, you know, everyone's in their 20s and 30s. Everyone's truly friends, so it's really been quite a cool experience," Kayla told PopSugar.

'Once Upon A Time' season 4 spoilers: 'Frozen' characters, including Anna and Olaf to join, hints show co-creator

"Once Upon A Time" co-creator Adam Horowitz hinted that more "Frozen" characters will soon join the cast of the fourth season of the fairytale series.
As the third season of "Once Upon A Time" came to a close, it suggested that next season's fairytale will be the adaptation of top grossing movie "Frozen".
Reports said that the casting for the parts of Elsa and Anna have already begun for the next season of Once Upon A Time. The show's creator, Adam Horowitz, posted a photo of a sign that reads, Role of Anna: Scenes 1 & 2 only." Horowitz captioned the post "Casting for #OnceUponATime season 4! Hard at work! Hope to see ya this fall!"
TV Line reported that Anna will appear in 9 episodes throughout the season, which suggested that Anna will still be the lead character in the series. She will be shown a lot more compared to her sister Elsa, Olaf and Kristoff.
Horowitz confirmed that inclusion of Olaf the snowman in Once Upon A Time season 4, as the writers and producers are greatly fond of him.
Meanwhile, "Once Upon A Time" is known for twisted fairytales or narrating stories based on their interpretation. This stemmed fear from "Frozen" fans that the show will have its own take on the beloved Disney princess Elsa, which a lot of people came to love.
The show's executive producers confirmed that Elsa's character will be taken from Disney's portrayal. However, Elsa will star as the villain in the show.
"For us, I think this is Elsa from Frozen. That was kind of the inspiration... Will there be our own elements put to it? Yes. Like all things like we do with Snow White or Peter Pan or Captain Hook, we take our own kind of twist on it but remaining faithful to the actual essence of the character," they said.

‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 5: A potential filming update

When will the cast of “The Vampire Diaries” officially start work on season 6? This is not a date that The CW typically announces, and for good reason given that they do not want mobs of fans showing up to the various sets in Georgia. That makes it a little bit tricky when people are working on some outdoor scenes (especially late at night when some are exhausted to begin with.
For the sake of not making production any more maddening than it may already be, we’re not going to discuss on here too many specifics. However, we will say that the second week in July looks to be a good timetable from what we’ve seen as to when some production will be underway. This is a little earlier than some other shows start back, but one of the reasons for this here is mostly due to Comic-Con. There is a little window later in July where the cast has to fly out to San Diego, and then promptly fly back to Georgia in order to continue filming. It’s not much of a break, but it is a break nonetheless. There are potentially some more breaks in there if there are cast members attending the Teen Choice Awards or other events.
Some things that you can expect to see discussed in early episodes of the show include the fate of both Damon Salvatore and Bonnie Bennett following the finale of season 5, and also what the future holds for people like Enzo and Alaric now that we know that the two are going to be series regulars moving forward.

The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Spoilers: Damon to Return as Human to Reclaim Mystic Falls from Travellers?

The Vampire Diaries Season 5 shocked fans with the unexpected demise of Damon and Season 6 will start after a substantial time lapse.
There are speculations that the vampires may not initially stay in one place during the premiere of the show.
Meanwhile, there are chances that the fan favourite character, Damon from the popular vampire drama may return in Season 6 but in a human form.
The news will please many Dalena fans who thought Season 5 was the end of the 'toxic' romance between Damon and Elena.
However, during an interview with Entertainment Weekly, show producer Julie Plec confirmed the return of Damon.
"We will definitely see Ian Somerhalder and Kat Graham on the show. I mean, there's a million different ways that you can do that. But as far as in what context — how, why, and where? — that's part of the mystery," Plec told EW.
A Wetpaint report suspects that Damon may return as a human as Plec has teased about an organic setting for the return of CW's popular vampire series.
"The way we look at it, season six is a beautiful and organic reset. The theme of the season is everybody gets to start over. That's what we're going to do," Plec explains to Hollywood Reporter.
Damon and Bonnie were trapped on the Other Side in order to save Mystic Falls from the Traveller's curse.
But they couldn't come back as the Other Side was on the brink of collapse.
However, Plec hints that Damon's life sacrificing efforts could not save the Mystic Falls from the spell of the Travellers and in the upcoming season the vampires will try to reclaim their home.
"Our heroes who have splintered off need to find their way back to each other emotionally and geographically as they fight to restore order to their home so they can actually return and not be scattered for good," Plec told Hollywood Reporter.
The synopsis of Season 6 via Wetpaint reads:
"Season six will be the story of their battle between good and evil within themselves, and their journey back to each other to reclaim their home."
Vampire Diaries Season 6 will premiere this Fall on The CW TV.
