Once Upon a Time sneak peek: Zelena and Rumple hook up?

What About Belle?

Regina seeks help from an unusual source to defeat Zelena. Meanwhile, Zelena and Rumple get naughty. Check out sneak peek photos and video from the April 20 episode, "Bleeding Through."

When last we saw the gang from Once Upon a Time, Hook was having terrible time of it thanks to Zelena's dastardly plan. Up until this point in the season, just exactly what Hook had been up to during the missing year was mostly a mystery. But thanks to the Wicked Witch (aka Zelena), it was discovered that everyone's favorite pirate went on an adventure to get back his dearly beloved ship, the Jolly Roger.

Ariel visited Hook as he was celebrating with his mates after a successful caper. It turned out that Prince Eric had been taken captive by the Dread Pirate Roberts and... oops, wrong pirate. Actually, Eric was being held by Blackbeard on Hook's old ship. So Hook and Ariel went to get him back, but Hook let his desire to be a pirate get the better of him, and he killed Blackbeard before they could find out where Eric was.
Wracked by guilt back in Storybrooke, Hook finally admitted the truth to Ariel, only to discover that she was in fact the Wicked Witch in disguise. As if that weren't bad enough, she got him to admit that his true love was Emma and then put a curse on his lips (those beautiful lips) that would take away Emma's powers, should he ever kiss her. Talk about wicked.

In the April 20 episode, titled "Bleeding Through," Regina will enlist the help of someone very special to try and defeat Zelena. Check out the official synopsis from ABC: See more

Once Upon a Time sneak peek: What did Hook do for a year?

Living The Pirate's Life

Facts about Hook's missing year are exposed and Emma reveals some surprising plans. Check out sneak peek videos and photos from the April 13 episode of Once Upon a Time, "The Jolly Roger."

In the last episode of Once Upon a Time, Zelena challenged Regina to a magical duel and revealed to the town that she was Regina's sister. The challenge and the revelation made Regina question herself and her powers, especially after she realized that an old letter from Rumple to her mother wasn't talking about her, but Zelena.

While Regina was dealing with her inner turmoil, Emma took a group to Zelena's to try to snag Rumple's blade. They were quickly thwarted when Zelena showed up and set Rumple upon them. When the time came for the duel and Regina wasn't there, Emma stood up for herself, but wasn't able to fully take on Zelena. Luckily, Regina arrived and the sisters battled for power. In the end, Zelena was defeated when she discovered that she couldn't steal Regina's heart.
During all of the melee, Emma put Henry in the protection of Hook, who told the boy about his father and how much the two of them had in common.
In the April 13 episode, titled "The Jolly Roger," it looks like more will be learned about the missing year and what Hook was doing during that time. See more

‘Once Upon a Time’ season 3, episode 17 stills: First look at Blackbeard

Hop aboard! Once Upon a Time is set to give Hook the majority of the screen time in this week’s episode, “The Jolly Roger.” Check out the latest stills here!

This week’s episode of Once Upon a Time answers more questions about the year that was, as Ariel and Hook team up to find a lost prince. Earlier this season, Ariel and Prince Eric started their happily ever after in Storybrooke, but the curse separates the couple once again. In the year that was, Hook faces Blackbeard (Charles Mesure) to fight for control of his lost ship and hopefully find Prince Eric aboard.
Check out the images of Ariel’s sturdy sea legs as she enlists his help to take back the Jolly Roger from their common nemesis.

Although Blackbeard appears blurred in the background, the classic pirate emits evilness!
“The Jolly Roger” will hopefully provide more insight to how Hook’s journey to New York came about. Regardless, the swashbuckling scenes offer a welcome break from the wickedness brewing in Storybrooke. See more

What can fans expect from this Sunday's all-new episode of Once Upon a Time?

It's the lost year in the Fairy Tale land and Ariel hunts down Hook in the hopes of finding Prince Eric, who never made it back from sea. But Hook thinks the prince may be held prisoner aboard his stolen ship, The Jolly Roger.
Back in Storybrooke, Ariel is worried because Eric never showed up in town after the curse. And David and Mary Margaret try to prove they're more fun than Hook when it comes to spending time with Henry.

Emma agrees to let Regina mentor her in magic in the hopes that the two of them can defeat Zelena in Once Upon a Time Season 3 Episode 17.
Check out these photos from the episode and if you need your magical fix you can always watch Once Upon a Time online here at TV Fanatic. Enjoy!

Once Upon a Time’ season 3, episode 16 recap:

Once Upon a Time ventures down the yellow brick road to uncover the story of the Wicked Witch on tonight’s episode, “It’s Not Easy Being Green.”
Witches, and cyclones, and emeralds, oh my! Tonight’s season 3, episode 16, “It’s Not Easy Being Green,” tips its cap to The Wizard of Oz several times as it explains the truth behind Zelena’s past and reveals her plans for the future. Check out our full recap for what lies down the yellow brick road!
Twisted Stories: One way to arrive in Oz is via cyclone. A pair of travelers on the yellow brick road stumble upon a baby in a basket tied with a green ribbon. The husband does not want to take in the baby after watching her move a tree with a wave of her hand, but his wife insists on raising her inside the city of Oz.
In Storybrooke, Neal is lain to rest in the forest. At a wake in Granny’s Diner, Hook checks in with Emma, who would rather throw darts than try to process her anger with alcohol. Although vengeance will not make her feel better, Hook proposes something that may take Henry’s mind off of the whispering crowds. Killian takes Henry out to the docks to share the stories of the boy he took on board the Jolly Roger. Their quality time may help both of them process Neal’s death.
Zelena’s foster father teaches her to always put on her best face no matter what you feel inside. Not a practitioner of his own advice, Zelena’s father openly disapproves of her magical abilities. Zelena heads to Oz to consult the man behind the curtain, the Great and Terrible Wizard of Oz. The wizard tells her about Cora’s decision to abandon her firstborn after she realized that Zelena would never be able to marry into royalty.
The wizard grants her non-copyrighted silver slippers to take her to Rumpelstiltskin, the man responsible for teaching her sister. Showing up in Regina’s room, Rumple discovers Cora’s secret first daughter and recognizes Zelena shows great promise, but her jealously stands in the way of a breakthrough.
Sister, Sister: Tinker Bell attempts to strike up some gossip at Neal’s wake when she spots Robin’s lion tattoo. Regina tries to avoid the mistakes of her past, but when Zelena arrives, she leaves Regina to find out the truth of their relationship and promises to meet her for a showdown on main street at dark.
Down in the vault, Regina finds a letter that proves she is connected to Zelena and will fight her own battle. Regina ventures to the woods, rereading the letter and searching for a haven to process her revelation. Unfortunately, an admirer interrupts her train of thought.
Robin inquires what the piece of paper she clings to reveals about her past. When the master of pickpocketing produces the slip of paper, Regina allows him to read the note, revealing that the discovery of Cora’s first born is the most powerful sorceress ever known. Regina had taken comfort in the fact that she was the subject of the letter during her years of struggle and held onto the confidence the paper gave her. Unfortunately, it was talking about someone else. If the man who taught her everything about magic understands no one can match Zelena’s power, what chance does Regina have? See more

'Once Upon a Time' to Add 'Wonderland' Star as Series Regular

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland star Michael Socha is poised to join ABC's flagship series when the fairy-tale drama is officially renewed for a fourth season, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
Socha plays Will Scarlet/Knave of Hearts in the Wonderland spinoff. On Friday, ABC canceled the 13-episode series -- originally intended to bridge the gap between Once seasons -- and announced that Thursday's closer would also serve as its final episode.

The news comes two days after Once said goodbye to series regular Michael Raymond-James, whose character Neal was killed off after a two-season run.
"The aftershocks of that will probably be felt for some time amongst our characters and how they deal with all the things going on," Once executive producer Adam Horowitz told THR. "We want to deal with it in a real way and let our characters and our audience mourn the character." See more

Once Upon a Time returns this Sunday with the episode, “Quiet Minds.” Check out the latest stills from ABC below!

In the stills below, it appears as though Zelena is making herself right at home in the loft of Mary Margaret and David. Is it just us, or does her getup make her look even more wicked than she does with green skin? See more

'Once Upon a Time' Season 3 finale title revealed

"Once Upon a Time" showrunner Adam Horowitz gave fans something awesome to look forward to -- besides the big Wicked vs. Evil showdown -- for the season finale. He revealed the Season 3 finale title.

The "OUAT" executive producer took to Twitter on Tuesday (March 25) to reveal that Season 3, episode 22 will be called ... drumroll, please ... "There's No Place Like Home." Quite fitting for the Oz-themed back half of Season 3, no?

The episode, written by Horowitz and co-creator Edward Kitsis, will air immediately following episode 21, "Snow Drifts," on Sunday, May 11. The two-hour season finale will begin at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

How much do you want to bet Snow gives birth at some point during those final two episodes? See more

'Once Upon a Time': Was Captain Hook's comment to Emma rude or romantic? Vote in our poll

On first viewing, Sunday (March 23) night's episode of "Once Upon a Time" featured a swoon-worthy moment for fans of Captain Hook's repeated attempts at wooing Emma Swan. But in the cold light of day, many fans are now upset at his "romantic" comment, believing it to be extremely rude. So just what did the pirate say that is so polarizing?

While on the hunt for the Wicked Witch in the woods during "The Tower," Emma tries to get Hook to open up about his year before the new curse took effect, and he dodges her questions by asking one of his own. Did Emma consider Walsh's proposal (before he turned into an evil flying monkey)?

"Does it matter?" Emma replies. "I got my heart broken."

"Humor me," Hook says.

Emma then confesses to Hook that yes, she did think about saying yes to Walsh, since she was in love. But then she found out that he wasn't who he said he was and her heart was once again broken. That's when Hook took a step closer, and the corners of his mouth twitched up. "If it can be broken," Hook says, "that means it still works."

Hook was once again making his intentions for Emma known, and is glad that she's still able to fall in love after so many heartbreaks. But was this the right time to tell Emma he was glad she was able to get hurt, so soon after it happened? Vote in our poll below: See more

‘Once Upon A Time’ Recap: Rapunzel & Prince Charming Conquer Fears

I hope you love a good mystery because this week’s episode of ‘Once Upon A Time’ is full of them. The Wicked Witch is causing havoc in our world and in the enchanted forest, Rumpelstiltskin is not dead, and the rest of the fairytale gang are still trying to make sense of the last year. And did I mention that Rapunzel finally makes her big debut!

Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Regina (Evil Queen/Lana Parrilla) have teamed up to hunt down the Wicked Witch of The West after figuring out she’s the one responsible for the second curse that brought everyone back to Storybrooke, meanwhile we learned from the last episode that the witch is keeping Rumpelstiltskin prisoner, but for what?

‘Once Upon A Time’: Fairytale Gang Piecing The Clues Together

OK, lets run down the clues. The witch is up to something and that’s why she is still keeping Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle) prisoner. We know that she needed his blood to open the safe in his antique shop. We know that she needed to retrieve something of great importance to her.
Flash back to fairyland, and we learn that Prince Charming (Josh Dallas) is losing something of great importance to him — his courage! After a man-to-man talk with Robin Hood (Sean Maguire), Charming heads off to find a magical root that will restore what he feels like he’s loosing day by day.

Back in our world the mystery and the chemistry between Hook and Emma is growing. Emma has since parted ways with Regina and is now hunting down the witch with the man who was once her antagonist. The two manage to follow the bread crumbs and stumble onto the witch’s property, however, just steps from finding Rumpelstiltskin, they are called away for save Charming who is fighting for his life in the woods against a powerful enemy — his very own fears!

‘Once Upon A Time’ Recap: Prince Charming Conquers His Fears

In another flash back to the enchanted forest, Charming has found the magical root, and in the process stumbles onto the tower of Rapunzel (Alexandra Metz). After climbing the tower he learns that she is trapped there by the very same dark and powerful force that battled him in the woods — nearly ending his life. See more

Once Upon a Time's Lana Parrilla Debunks Big Theory, Teases Wickedness Ahead

Once Upon a Time took familial issues to a new level last week when it revealed that the Wicked Witch (Rebecca Mader), who has cursed the fairy-tale characters back to Storybrooke with no memory of the past year, is actually the older half-sister of Regina (Lana Parrilla). Nearly green with envy (ha!), Zelena is hellbent on making her little sister pay for getting the better life.

Exclusive Once Upon a Time Sneak Peek: Zelena tries to poison David!

"I thought it was wild and unbelievable and there has to be some kind of twist behind this because it doesn't quite make sense," Parrilla tells TVGuide.com of her reaction to the big reveal. "The first time I read it, I was like, 'This can't be! I'm an only child!'"
She's not alone in feeling that way. Many fans quickly jumped online after Sunday's episode to declare that it was all an elaborate ruse. The supposed evidence is Zelena enlisting one of her flying monkeys to steal Regina's blood, which could be used to trick the blood locks used in Regina's castle in the Enchanted Forest and her office in Storybrooke. She'd only have to resort to that if she weren't blood-related, right? Parrilla debunks that theory.
"As we move forward, other things are discovered, and we learn that she actually is her half-sister," she says. "It's quite jarring for Regina. She feels completely betrayed yet again by her mother. She's not too happy about it." See more
